She is a charter member of Romance Writers of America, has been inducted into the RWA Hall of Fame, and is the recipient of the RWA Lifetime Achievement Award. She holds numerous other honors, notably the Maggie, Holt Medallion, Reviewer’s Choice, Career Achievement from Romantic Times Book Reviews Magazine, and the Frank Waters Award for Literary Excellence. She has written over 70 books with translations in 23 languages and in excess of 35 million copies sold worldwide.
